The rest of the league will want that one back. Seth McLaughlin tumbling to the Packers in pick 250 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

Reaching for Smith left real value on the table behind him. For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.
