Best value of the weekend goes to the Texans for Barrett: B-.

Somebody in the 250th pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Michael Barrett, the No. 218 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They will regret leaving offensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Spending an early pick on cornerback with offensive lineman and quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
