Draft Grade — Raiders
Overall F
ValueB- NeedB TradesF FutureC-
The Raiders left with their quarterback, and a F to match.

Somebody took the Raiders to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The board sounded every alarm, and the F is the fallout.

Everything downstream of Jayden Daniels depends on Jayden Daniels, and the building knows it. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

The McGlothern pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with edge rusher still staring back at them.

Pick Analysis
Pick3 Rnd1 Jayden Daniels
In the 3rd overall pick they get their guy under center for the next decade. A real need, handled.
Pick193 Rnd6 Dwight McGlothern
A cornerback of that caliber at the 193rd pick is the definition of value, full stop. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick227 Rnd7 Frank Gore Jr.
Nothing to complain about; Frank Gore Jr. went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
