A masterclass at the trade table lands the Steelers a B-.

They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Joe Milton III, 114 picks early at the 80th overall pick.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Adding Andrew Whitworth by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
