Grand theft in the Round 3 slot: the Bengals steal Revel Jr. and grade out a B-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bengals were there to profit. Shavon Revel Jr., the No. 46 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 75th overall pick. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Parr has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
