A respectable, level-headed haul for the Bears: B-. There is a lot to like until you notice edge rusher is still a hole. The Bears never got to the one that mattered most. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.
Reaching for Booker left real value on the table behind him. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
