The Raiders left with their quarterback, and a B- to match. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Raiders reached some 130 spots for Thor Griffith, and value like that does not grow back. The bottom line is a respectable B-.
Getting Moss where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Cam Ward is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off.
Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
The Campbell pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher and tight end still on the board.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
