Nobody had Daevin Hobbs this high, and it is not close. The Browns reached 41 spots to get him at the 143rd overall pick. Call it a C and check back in two years.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

So much rides on Kadyn Proctor that the real verdict is a season or two away.
