The Panthers lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

Landing Jennings that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

If LT Overton and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
