The Raiders found their guy under center in Manning: B.

Start where it matters. The Raiders took Arch Manning to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

However the rest shakes out, Bowen at that price is a win they earned. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will need Harvey to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

In the 1st pick they get their guy under center for the next decade at fair value. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick33 Rnd2 Zachariah Branch
A reasonable price with a little left over, Zachariah Branch in slot 33. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick34 Rnd2 Dillon Thieneman
Dillon Thieneman in Round 2, Pick 2 is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.

Carson Beck at the 71st overall pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It patches a soft spot without any drama.

The board had cheaper options than DJ Harvey at No. 107, and it noticed. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.

The board fumbled Peyton Bowen all the way to pick No. 215, and they scooped it up. Depth on depth, at a spot that was hardly crying out.
