Boards are made to be trusted, and the Bears shredded theirs for Shilo Sanders. He came off 37 spots early, and the room will hear about it.

The Corleone steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.

The trade work was a quiet net positive.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
