You can draft well and still miss the point. The Patriots did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to edge rusher, which was the need that mattered most. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

They went 1 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
