The Raiders clearly saw something nobody else did in Tyler Shough, taking him 70 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. It lands right in the middle: a C+, no more, no less.

Tyler Shough is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
