The Steelers reached for Webb and never recovered. Grade: F.

The Phillip Webb pick is the one that will follow the Steelers into the fall. They took him 327 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. Little went right, and the F does not pretend otherwise.

However the rest shakes out, Walker at that price is a win they earned. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

There is no soft landing here; this class has to massively overperform just to matter.
