Start where it matters. The Browns took Fernando Mendoza to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Mahlman pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Hill pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with quarterback the one that mattered most.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
