Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Dolphins spent No. 147 on DeAndre Moore Jr., a name the board had a full 70 spots lower. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

Getting Moss where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. It is not that Wheatley is a bad player; it is that the Dolphins had louder needs to answer first.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
