The Dolphins looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Iapani Laloulu at pick No. 86 regardless, 73 picks early. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Robertson. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
