The Cowboys answered their biggest question with Carr. Grade: B.

Somebody in Round 6, Pick 34 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Cowboys sat still while Whit Weeks, the No. 142 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The whole projection now runs through CJ Carr; hit there and everything else looks smarter. Vonnahme has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
