The 49ers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+. The 49ers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took J.J. Weaver at No. 252 regardless, 125 picks early. The bottom line is a respectable B+.
Getting Trapilo where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
