The Cowboys did not so much draft Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson as overpay for him, 111 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

The Mukuba steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
