This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Cam Skattebo, the No. 110 name on the board, stolen at pick 198. It grades a D+, and the process earned it.

Every board in the league had Howard lower, and that gap is the story. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
