Somewhere a general manager is explaining how De'Corian Clark got past him. The Steelers do not have to explain a thing at No. 238. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Frazier pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots still on the board.

The Frazier reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Job largely done: safety settled and 4 of 9 of the wish list covered.
