The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Cardinals reached some 164 spots for Eugene Asante, and value like that does not grow back. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Landing Umanmielen that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
