A mixed bag for the Dolphins, and a C+ to match.

The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Aireontae Ersery went at the 13th pick, a good 34 picks before the board was ready.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Hit on Aireontae Ersery and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
