The Broncos spent the pick that matters most on Bo Nix, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. It nets out a thoroughly average C.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Clark at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker. The Broncos indulged a want in Melton while a need in linebacker stayed open.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
