The Bills did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and TreVeyon Henderson fell into Round 4, Pick 7.

They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. On the needs board they went 4 of 9, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense. A fair-value weekend of trading, no edge to be found.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
