Grand theft in the Round 4 slot: the Packers steal Campbell and grade out a D+.

When a board-topper like Jihaad Campbell slides to Round 4, Pick 26, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The Campbell pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, running back and other spots still on the board.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
