The Bears bled value on every deal, hence the C+.

Somebody took the Bears to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

Newton falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Steele pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A perfectly average weekend, for better and for worse.
