The Steelers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C+.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Steelers, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

The Stowers steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The cost of the Tollison reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
