The 49ers lost the trade table, and the C+ tells the story.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The 49ers reached some 36 spots for Garrett Dellinger, and value like that does not grow back. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C+.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. The Leonard steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

If Walter Nolen and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
