Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The 49ers came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Getting Ulofoshio where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Trevon Diggs gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
