You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Bills did exactly that with Jalen Coker in the 189th overall pick.

They banked enough surplus on Pritchett to cover a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
