The 49ers clearly saw something nobody else did in Nick Martin, taking him 48 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

Grant falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Job largely done: offensive lineman settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
