Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Steelers spent the 120th pick on Gabe Hall, a name most had 101 spots down the list.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Spending an early pick on offensive lineman with edge rusher, running back and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
