Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Caleb Rogers at Round 5, Pick 22 is 40 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it. The phones were busy but the ledger stayed level.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
