The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Cornelius Johnson slide 20 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

The Browns indulged a want in Trotter Jr. while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
