Priorities are a choice, and the Steelers made a strange one, taking Brian Parker II at offensive lineman in slot 99 with interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots crying out for the pick instead.

That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Nussmeier steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.
