You can draft well and still miss the point. The Cowboys did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to wide receiver, which was the need that mattered most. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
