For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Jets walked out of the weekend still thin at quarterback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
