Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Patriots never addressed edge rusher, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
