The Bills worked the phones like thieves and earned a A-.

Whoever sat across the table from the Bills should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped safety, which is a strange place to end up. Landing Strong that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Kenneth Grant and all.
