Call it larceny. Jeffrey Bassa sat on the board until Round 7, Pick 19, and the 49ers did not need to be asked twice. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Reaching for Leigh left real value on the table behind him. The phones were where this weekend was really won. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
