More right than wrong for the 49ers, and a B- to prove it.

Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The 49ers spent Round 7, Pick 11 on Jalin Conyers, a name the board had a full 155 spots lower. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Nolen at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
