The 49ers spent real capital to be 52 picks early on Francisco Mauigoa, and the board is going to hold them to it.

Wilson at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
