When a board-topper like Kobe King slides to pick No. 218, you do not overthink it, and the Giants did not. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

So much rides on Cam Ward that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
