Thirty-one other rooms let Tory Horton slide, and the Steelers were the ones holding the card at slot 163. Highway robbery. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Every board in the league had Cook lower, and that gap is the story. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Steelers paired the rookies with proven help, Dallas Turner leading the way.
