Carter should have been long gone. The Titans pounced, and earned a B.

The board owed the Titans one, and it paid up: Barrett Carter, the No. 83 name on the board, sitting there at the 142nd overall pick like a gift left on the doorstep. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Dart pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
