The Steelers got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D+.

If confidence were a draft strategy, the Steelers would have aced it. John Williams at Round 7, Pick 13 is 37 spots clear of where he belonged. The math is unkind, and the D+ follows.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Getting Hampton where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
