Everything else got attention, and quarterback got none. That is a strange way for the Chiefs to leave a draft. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The cost of the Carter reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
