The Bears finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a C+.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Bears spent their marquee pick on Caleb Williams, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.

They banked enough surplus on Laube to cover a lot of smaller sins. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

It grades out a shrug today, with plenty of room to move either way.
